It is always Zilowater’s technicians who proceed with the site-visit, and carry out the installation or the changing of filters.

You must notify Zilowater’s office one week in advance to organize the transfer of your filtration system. This service is offered to all our clients.

It is 1 year for all products, except for BLUPURA fountains which are guaranteed for 2 years.

In order to verify your choice, we offer a free site visit to your home to inspect your current installations (electrically and water point) and confirm your choice of system.
