ZILO COMPANY LIMITED, based at place Cap Tamarin, TAMARIN, MAURITIUS ( BRN C 13118982 / VAT 27241220) is the exclusive distributor for SODASTREAM and QWETCHproducts in Mauritius.
The main activity of the vendor ( the website) is the sale of water filtration products. These general Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to any order placed on the website www.zilowater.com . The Customer declares to have acknowledged and accepted the present general Terms of sale before placing an order. The act of placing an order implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. In the absence of express acceptance, no contrary condition shall be applicable to the seller.
PRODUCTS
Photographs and texts illustrating our products on offer are not contractual. In case of unavailability, the seller will inform the client as soon as possible after the order is made. The customer may then cancel or modify his order.
For exchange of CO2 cylinder , please note that client must have his empty cylinder ready to be given to the deliveryman , to have a full one in exchange. If the client do not have empty cylinder, deliveryman will not proceed with the exchange. You will also to pay for extra fee for another delivery. The amount is Rs 300 VAT included.
WARRANTY AND LIABILITY
We will not be deemed to be in breach of contract of of these Terms and Conditions as a result of any delay in our performance or failure to perform our obligations if that delay or failure to perform is due to any cause or circumstance beyond our reasonable control including, but not limited to, fire, flood and other acts of God, strikes, riot, accident, disruption to energy supplies, civil commotion, acts of terrorism or war, breakdown of equipment, road traffic problems.
DEFECTIVE GOODS
We guarantee the quality of our goods. You must inspect the goods and notify us promptly in writing( mail : ), or by phoning our Customer Support team on +230 489 54 53.
We will fully refund the price of any goods that do not meet with your reasonable satisfaction or arrange for the delivery of replacement goods, providing that you notify us within 2 days of delivery of the goods.
we will not accept any further claims for loss from or in connection with the supply of faulty goods, whether direct, indirect, consequential or otherwise, howsoever arising.
DELIVERY & TRANSPORT
Delivery is free for orders with total amount above Rs 2000 (one thousand mauritian rupees) (VAT included). It should be noted that for orders below Rs 2000 (one thousand Mauritian rupees) (VAT included), you will have a delivery charge of Rs 300 ( two hundred Mauritian rupees) VAT included.
ZILO WATER will endeavour to deliver any order following your choice of the client for the delivery day following the order confirmation. This is an objective and does not represent a contractual obligation. Delivery times depend indeed on the distances to be covered and on other external factors. Exceeding the indicated delay or changing delivery day may not result in cancellation, refund or compensation.
Client can choose for delivery between 2 options : delivery or pick up the order in our shop in Tamarin during office hours (Monday to Friday from 9AM to 12AM and 1.30 PM to 5PM).
Furthermore, in case you are not present at the delivery of your order at the address communicated to us, ZILO WATER reserves the right to refuse delivery to a different address, or to deliver your order for free even if your total amount of your order is above Rs2000 (VAT included) (one thousand Mauritian rupees). You will have also to pay an extra fee of Rs 300 ( two hundred mauritian rupees) VAT included.

Please note that orders cannot be amended or cancelled less then 24 hours before the scheduled delivery slot.
DELIVERY AREA
The delivery area is Mauritius except Rodrigues Island.
Our ZILOWATER team will contact you to organize delivery before 72 hours.
Client can also decide to pick up his order in our shop in Tamarin during office hours (Monday to Friday from 9AM to 12AM and 1.30 PM to 5PM).
PRICE
The prices listed on the website can be changed at any time. Prices are in Mauritian rupee and include all local taxes. Unless otherwise specified, invoices are payable net and without discount.
PROMOTIONAL OFFERS
Our products may be subject to promotional offers. Any special offer or package offered by ZILOWATER will be subject to these Terms and Conditions of Sale.
PAYMENT
Methods of payment accepted are bank cards, proposed through our platform of payment on line on the site www.zilowater.com

Important: It is the responsibility of the customer to check, within 48 hours, that the payment is what should have been paid and that the payment has been made. No claims can be made to ZILO WATER after 48 hour.
